A great product, the optimal dosage is 50-70 mg/day, divided in several administrations. Some people suggest to administrate with meals, others far of meals. The active substance is very hard for liver (especially at higher dosage) so I believe it is better idea administrate it at meals, though in this case not all the power of the product will be developped. You have to be able to balance high power (far of meals) with less power (safer use with meals). We appreciate reading your impressions of using.... thank you.
